Nirmal Batika Academy has won the Young Innovator Award for Best Team Work and Coding, Best Time Management in the Interschool Hackathon (Computer Programming) Competition, Coding and Design Challenge 2023.
Likewise, Vedvyas Boarding School Kathmandu won the same award under the Seniors category while Sahara National School Bhaktapur won in the Juniors category in the competition organised by Nirmal Batika Academy in joint collaboration with Beyond Apogee.
A total of 18 schools of Kathmandu valley that are conducting robotics classes participated in the competition. There were six competitors from each school in the event. They were given various problems.
The main task of the competitor was to design the program through coding and software, build the hardware and present to the judges.
The judges were Senior Scientist of NAST Roshan Pandey, President of Pokhara Astronomical Society, Mahesh Thakuri and CEO of Smart Cheli, Pratishka Pandey.
