Samsung Nepal has launched free pick-up and drop service for mobile customers, within warranty period, across the Kathmandu Valley from 16th July 2024.
If there are any problem with the mobile phones during its warranty period, customer can the get service by simply calling the toll-free mobile number at Nepal Telecom’s 16600172667 and Ncell number 9801572667 or WhatsApp 16600172667.
Samsung representatives will reach the customer’s home within 1 day of the call to pick up the mobile, and after repair, they will deliver the phone to customer’s location.
At present, the service will be provided by the service centers located at New Road, Sundhara, Jawalakhel, Bhaktapur and New Baneshwor inside Kathmandu Valley.
