Nepal Life’s ‘Digital Dhamaka’ campaign launched

Nepal Life Insurance Company, the most trusted life insurance company in Nepal, has launched a ‘Digital Dhamaka’ campaign. The campaign was launched by Praveen Raman Parajuli, the Chief Executive Officer of the company, during a program held at the company’s head office in Kamaladi.

This campaign was launched with the intention of interviewing esteemed customers and agents with the development of ICT while the world is narrowed by the radical changes in information technology and the growing attraction of globalization.

The company has informed that various gifts have also been arranged for the customers who pay the renewal of insurance fees through online means throughout the month of January. Every week, one lucky winner will be awarded a voucher from among those who pay the insurance renewal fee out of pocket from the payment service provider. Similarly, the company said that Rs.100 cash waiver will be provided to all dignitaries who renew their insurance premiums using the Khalti for the first time.

Nepal Life Insurance Company, which is able to perform its work by making maximum use of technology, has entered into an agreement with various payment service providers eSewa, Khalti, Phone-Pay, Connect IPS, IME Pay and Prabhu Pay for insurance fee renewal. It has been informed that the customers of this company can pay their premiums sitting at home.

Speaking at the program, CEO Parajuli expressed his belief that paying premiums easily and simply from home will save time and also secure transactions. Parajuli said that the company is eager to make the company more technology-friendly in the future and provide fast, efficient, agile and correct services to its customers.
